○ My Approach
I guide you through several days of physical and nature-based experiences in a clear, structured one-on-one setting that is sensitive to the nervous system and neurodiversity.
Unlike in individual sessions, this creates a sustained space where your system doesn’t have to constantly react or function anew, but is allowed to slowly settle into a state of calm. The focus is on body awareness, conscious movement, breath, forest bathing, and targeted sensory reduction. Nature is not merely a backdrop here, but an active part of the process and a calm resonant space.
My work combines trauma-sensitive yoga, embodiment, scientifically grounded nature-based work, gentle human-energetic practices, and psychological support.
○ The Setting
The retreat location is intentionally simple and low-stimulus: a quiet, nature-oriented retreat without Wi-Fi or television, allowing your nervous system to wind down and regain its subtle awareness.
Throughout the entire retreat, you’ll be in an exclusive one-on-one setting. The space belongs to you and your process, which can unfold at its own pace and according to your needs.
The process is not rigidly planned but follows what emerges. At the same time, there is a clear structure of arrival, deepening, and integration that provides security and maintains orientation.
I deliberately work with only a small number of clients per season so that I can dedicate the necessary depth and presence to each process.
○ The Schedule
Day 1 – Arrival
Arrival starting at 3:00 PM and initial settling into the space. Often, a noticeable sense of calm emerges within the first few hours, as daily life, obligations, and the need to be reachable fade into the background.
After your arrival, we get to know each other during a Walk & Talk, which helps you settle in gently. The evening is intentionally kept quiet and ends with dinner.
Day 2 – Deepening
The second day begins in silence with breakfast. In the morning, trauma-sensitive yoga, forest bathing, and body-oriented process work guide you back to a more subtle body awareness and a calmer inner connection. Between the sessions, there is space for retreat before the process deepens in the afternoon. The day ends in calm and grounding over dinner.
Day 3 – Integration
The final morning begins quietly once again with breakfast and a gentle integration practice. Departure takes place around 10:00 a.m., with greater inner peace and a noticeably changed body awareness.
