We will explore women's knowledge with all our senses, such as herbalism, incense, singing songs together, medicine walks, movement, drum journeys and more - all for your well-being as a woman.

Feel, experience, open our hearts, perceive, trust, open ourselves to the beauty in everything and to the powers and healing of nature. Together we consciously grow into the experience of being embedded in rhythm and nature. Holistic women's knowledge is so diverse.

The retreat takes place in a lovingly furnished country house with gardens and its own swimming lake in the beautiful Casentino Valley.

The country house has a unique location outside the village and a wonderful view of the valley.
The garden offers plenty of space for your own retreat and for cozy get-togethers.

Each room is tastefully and individually furnished.
Double and multi-bed rooms.

The hotel's own bathing lake is fed by several springs. It is easy to reach via the meadow.
You can enjoy the water and swim in the morning hours. Or during the day you can refresh yourself in the cool water or simply lie by the water, relax, dream or read.

Food: Our chef Jenny conjures up delicious dishes for us in the kitchen.

* Our course begins with dinner together. After dinner we will change to the
course room and will conduct the first session of approx. 2 hours.
* on 5 days there will be 2 - 3 hour sessions in the morning and in the evening hours
* Meditation & physical exercises in nature
* Depending on the topic, the sessions take place outdoors
* Talking circles and inspiring exchange
* Day trip - to a place of power with a medicine hike
* Individual free time
* Lunch break/afternoon - long break to relax, integrate, laze around, swim in the natural bathing lake or for
own explorations in the surrounding area
* Day trip to a medieval town where we can enjoy the flair, cappuccino and or ice cream
* Enjoy the evening after the session, tell stories or look at the stars

I am trained in holistic women's knowledge. From Mama Celia, whose home is in the Ecuadorian Amazonian jungle, I receive teachings in her women's medicine and knowledge. She is a midwife and indigenous healer.
