We combine slow-flow yoga and core training supplemented by effective pelvic floor training with the art of archery. Presence and alignment are our central themes: relaxed tension of the spine, awareness of the pelvic floor as the base supporting the organs and, of course, tensing and releasing the bow.
If you lack grounding, get caught up in the carousel of thoughts and lack focus, if you have back pain, suffer from procrastination/avoidance or if your perfectionism gets in the way, our unique seminar is the right place for you. Here you will learn to focus on the here and now and stabilize your center - physically, mentally and emotionally.
Effective pelvic floor training is anatomically precise training that aims to strengthen and stabilize the center of the body - especially the pelvic floor. The spine and the entire skeleton are optimally stretched and the entire deep musculature is networked. The effect is immediately noticeable and visible and can be implemented directly in everyday life.
Arrive completely within yourself, take your own standpoint with absolute clarity in the here and now, straighten up completely and align yourself with the physical and mental goal: the foundation for a conscious, clear step (drawing the bow) towards the goal. Once the body is prepared in this way and the consciousness is fully present, releasing the string becomes a relaxed climax and the arrow on the target becomes a mirror of consciousness for the moment. First with imaginary shooting only, then with bow and arrow without pressure to perform, but with pleasure and ease.
Both methods are about connecting with the earth through the pelvis and feet and at the same time finding a connection to the vastness of the sky. Stillness. A process that brings you absolutely into the here and now and connects you to your very own spirituality.
Each participant receives intensive and individual posture coaching from both trainers for everyday life, posture during archery and for a healthy meditation posture. Meditation and forest bathing complement our unique concept to create a transformative and relaxing time-out.
