Yoga in nature, and Yin Yoga in particular, combined with a practice that brings you to your center, offers a profound opportunity to experience relaxation and mindfulness. During a silent walk, you will gain a deeper understanding of your own nature and being. Merge intensely with nature without allowing yourself to be distracted. Experience soothing relaxation and coming home to yourself this weekend with gentle Hatha yoga sequences, deeply relaxing Yin Yoga, guided meditations, and poetry.

Accommodation

Participants stay in bright, attractive single rooms with shower/bath and WC €89.00 per person/day, including full board
Double room with bathroom €79.00 per person per day or single rooms with bathroom in the hallway €79.00 including full board per person per day. The costs for rooms and full board will be invoiced by the monastery.

Catering

Vegetarian meals are served buffet style, three times a day. Please let us know in advance if you would like vegan meals. You are always welcome to make yourself a cup of tea and fill your own thermos flask.
You can help yourself to everything you need in the small kitchenette. We can sit together comfortably in the library and enjoy the evening. Arrival

The Vinnenberg monastery is located in Warendorf in the Münsterland region and is no more than 1.5 hours away from many cities in the Ruhr area. It is approximately 2 hours by car from Düsseldorf and Cologne. The monastery is run by nuns and is very lovingly furnished. Weather permitting, we can practice yoga in the monastery garden. It is usually already very warm there in May, and we can do our mindfulness exercises in the fresh air.
