In our yoga detox retreat with a vegan-based diet, fasting and hiking, you will not only relax physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Yoga, meditation, hiking and relaxation as well as various forms of detox fasting are ideal combinations to find specific solutions for the demands of everyday life.
Vegan-based diet, fasting and still plenty of exercise - is that possible? Isn't that pretty crazy? Not at all - quite the opposite! It's pretty crazy to sit in the office and/or in front of the TV all week, not move and still eat! At least that's how our ancestors would have seen it. In the long term, our bodies are much better adapted to exercise and little food than vice versa.
In this course, we combine different yoga sessions with delicious vegan-based food and a varied exercise program. In addition, the program includes lectures, videos, group discussions and answers to questions from the entire fasting detox and nutrition area as well as stress reduction.
We practise Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga and Sukshma Vyayama. Yoga deals with the human being as a whole and consists of physical and breathing exercises as well as meditation. Heart Chakra Meditation is a combination of movement to meditative music followed by a period of rest.
Massage and sauna
Our massage team provides soothing massages in the monastery with individual treatments according to your wishes and needs. Directly below the monastery hill is a swimming pool with sauna area, the Wiedtalbad.
