Look forward to daily yoga and meditation sessions as well as forest walks and mindfulness exercises outdoors. Far away from the stress and hustle and bustle of everyday life, you will come back to yourself, recharge your batteries and learn about the healing powers of nature and self-management.

Together with my long-time friend and yoga trainer/leadership coach Claudia Schriever, we are currently developing the program for this wonderful time-out.

There will be daily yoga sessions for all levels and forest bathing sessions. The yoga sessions will take place indoors and/or outdoors, depending on the weather. The forest bathing sessions will take place outside, unless there is a heavy storm or rain.
There is plenty of time for relaxation and me-time in the early afternoon. It is also up to you whether and when you want to have lunch.

* In Austria, vignettes are compulsory on all highways and expressways with the following exceptions:
Five major freeway sections in Austria are toll-free for cars up to 3.5 tons. A vignette is not required there.

- A12 Inntalautobahn (border crossing Kiefersfelden to Kufstein-Süd), Tyrol

From eastern Austria
Westautobahn Vienna (A1) - Salzburg - exit Wals/Lofer - Kleines Deutsches Eck - Lofer - Saalfelden - at Interspar traffic circle direction Leogang

From southern Austria
Tauernautobahn (A10) - exit Bischofshofen - Zell am See - Saalfelden - at the Interspar traffic circle towards Leogang. The connection via the Dientner Sattel is shorter, but also very winding.
In Leogang it is best to follow the signs for "Asitzbahn".

By train:
By train to Saalfelden, Leogang or Hochfilzen
The nearest long-distance train station is Saalfelden (approx. 10 km). But there are also train stations in Leogang (approx. 2 km) and Hochfilzen (approx. 10 km). The hotel will pick you up from these stations free of charge. Please let us know your exact arrival time in good time. Find out more about green travel to the Biohotel Rupertus.

Full refund up to 60 days before arrival.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
