With regenerating yoga sessions, practical workshops and delicious, vegan-based meals, we help you to regenerate and gain new strength from yourself.
We practise Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga and Sukshma Vyayama. Yoga deals with the human being as a whole and consists of physical and breathing exercises as well as meditation. Heart Chakra Meditation is a combination of movement to meditative music followed by a period of rest.
Our retreat offers you the opportunity to return to everyday life strengthened and full of clarity. This retreat is perfect for anyone who wants to bring their life back into a new, healthy balance, both physically and mentally. In this retreat, we combine holistic yoga sessions, workshops and talks, nutrition topics and space for yourself.
Massage and sauna
Our massage team provides soothing massages in the monastery with individual treatments according to your wishes and needs. Directly below the monastery hill is a swimming pool with sauna area, the Wiedtalbad.

Health insurance subsidy
Some of our yoga retreats are recognized by the Central Testing Center for Prevention and are (partially) subsidized by the statutory health insurance companies as a compact offer. The amount of reimbursement varies between 80 euros and 300 euros and depends on your health insurance company. If you are interested, please state this in your inquiry.
