Yoga meets Tango Argentino on Mallorca

Yoga & Tango Argentino: discover the fascinating combination of these two forms of movement. At first glance, they may seem unusual, but it soon becomes clear how harmoniously they complement and enrich each other. Yoga promotes better body awareness and increased self-perception. This mindfulness for your own body is the basis for being more attentive to others. In Tango Argentino, the focus is on engaging with your dance partner and sharpening your shared perception. This sensitivity develops both on the yoga mat and on the dance floor and ultimately also enriches everyday life.

Picturesquely situated on a gentle hill in the heart of Mallorca, our finca is the ideal place to linger and reflect on the important things in life. An oasis of tranquillity surrounded by olive groves and fig trees with a variety of recreational opportunities. Relax by the pool, on a walk through the garden or in our spacious spa with indoor pool, saunas and massage offers.

We pamper your palate with vegetarian-vegan full board. Enjoy a feel-good breakfast with Sonnentor tea, coffee, fruit juices, fruit, regional cheeses, seasonal vegetables, homemade jams, muesli, porridge, home-baked bread and much more until 11 am. In the late afternoon, you can fortify yourself with freshly prepared soups and salads before being invited to a buffet with vegetarian and vegan specialties in the evening.

Yoga and Tango Argentino place great value on being present in the here and now. The undivided attention we give ourselves and others is a precious gift. As you move, you learn to let go of all distracting thoughts and focus fully on yourself and the other person.

In the yoga sessions, we work on our self-awareness and develop a deep body awareness. This heightened awareness helps us to fully engage with our dance partner during Tango Argentino.

With improved body awareness, we can dance the Tango Argentino, an improvised and very individual dance in which steps and movement sequences are created in the moment through non-verbal communication, precisely and harmoniously.

Enjoy these days at the picturesque Son Manera Retreat Finca on Mallorca, where you can get closer to yourself and your dance partner. You will return home with many wonderful memories. Rousing rhythms, profound conversations and a warm community make this time a special experience. Tango experience is not necessary - beginners and advanced dancers are equally welcome.

Three free shared transfers are organized on Saturdays.
