Meditation opens up a quiet space beyond the stream of thoughts - a place of inner peace, clarity and self-awareness. Yoga, pranayama and meditation are closely linked and unfold their full effect when they work together. When you learn to consciously control your breath, you create the conditions for mental stillness and a deeper meditative experience.
During these days, you will familiarize yourself with various pranayama techniques - including alternate breathing (Nadi Shodhana), Kapalabhati and bee breathing (Bhramari). You will learn how you can use these effective exercises in your everyday life to regulate your breath, calm your mind and promote your physical and spiritual well-being.
The healing power of yoga is evident on a physical, mental and spiritual level. Yoga helps to relieve tension, reduce stress, improve flexibility and increase general well-being. When you concentrate on your breathing and calm down in meditation, you develop a deep connection to your inner nature. Yoga is much more than just bodywork - it is a journey to yourself, supported by self-love and acceptance. In the stillness of your breath, you will find peace and serenity that will accompany you in your everyday life.
Scope of the program:
2 hours of pranayama every day (except on the day of arrival and departure). In addition, we offer you the opportunity to take part in the 1.5-hour yoga sessions both in the morning and in the evening; one session each on the day of arrival and departure. These yoga sessions are designed so that both beginners and experienced yogis and yoginis can take part - no previous experience is required. You have the freedom to decide which session you would like to take part in, depending on your mood and needs.
