Friday, May 8 - Arrival & Welcome
After your arrival, we will welcome you with a welcome drink. A gentle yoga session invites you to "arrive in your body and in the moment" and clear your head. The day is rounded off with a tapas dinner together, where you can get to know the other participants and absorb the first impulses of the retreat.
Saturday, May 9 - Energy & mindfulness
Start the day with a powerful yoga session that activates the body and mind while integrating gentle elements of grounding and relaxation. Afterwards, enjoy time for yourself: walks in the surrounding area, personal time-out or quiet observation of nature. Another yoga session awaits you in the afternoon, combining flow, breathing exercises and mindful movements. In the evening, you have the option of joining us for dinner before a half-hour evening meditation brings the day to a calm and conscious close.
Sunday, May 10 - Conclusion & integration
The last day of the retreat begins with a gentle yoga session that harmonizes body, mind and soul. Breakfast together and the final round provide an opportunity to reflect on the experiences of the weekend and consciously integrate them into everyday life. We then say goodbye - you can optionally book additional nights at the Steinerwirt to extend your yoga retreat.
