The Ary Arkananta resort is located in a quiet area surrounded by beautiful rice fields, about 15 minutes outside the lively center of Ubud. In the middle of the resort is a spacious pool surrounded by a tropical garden and rice fields. You can choose between two room categories.
1st option A detached wooden cottage with an outdoor bathroom (rain shower and free-standing bathtub) and a shady veranda overlooking the garden.
2nd option A spacious room on the second floor of the main house with a beautiful bathroom (shower and free-standing bathtub) and a large balcony overlooking the pool and rice fields.
Both room categories have air conditioning and free WIFI.
The resort also has a very nice spa with a warm meditation pool. There is a wide range of massages and wellness treatments on offer. A traditional Balinese massage is highly recommended.
The yoga shala, built from wood in the beautiful Balinese tradition, is located at the end of the complex with a view over the rice fields.

In the morning after the yoga practice, we enjoy a rich breakfast with tropical fruits, healthy juices, local specialties, egg dishes, coffee, tea and much more.
In the evening (4x), the hotel spoils us with a buffet. The buffet invites you on a culinary journey. Typical local specialties, Asian and European dishes await us.

Our program
8:00-9:30am We start the day with meditation and breathing exercises, followed by a gentle flowing Vinyasa yoga practice or somatic yoga on various themes.
9:45 am Time for our well-deserved breakfast in the resort's own restaurant with a view over the rice fields.
Afterwards there is time at leisure
The resort's spa facilities are extensive and a traditional Balinese massage is highly recommended. The resort offers a shuttle bus to Ubud several times a day. There is a lot to see and experience here, temples, traditional art market, Monkey Forrest, stroll through the many stores, visit one of the many special cafes or restaurants for a lunch snack and so much more.
On three days we will have the following program in addition to the two yoga sessions

17:00 - 18:90 we meet again for a calm and relaxed Yin Yoga or Yintelligence Yoga class

4 x we will enjoy a buffet with Balinese and Western specialties in the hotel,
2 x we will indulge in culinary delights in a wonderful restaurant in Ubud (not included in the price)

The journey must be organized and paid for by the participant.
Denpasar, the capital of Bali, can be reached from all major cities with good flight connections.
Singapore Airlines offers cheap direct flights with a short stopover in Singapore.
Qatar Airlines also flies directly via Doha and Turkish Airlines directly via Istanbul.
Transfers from the airport to the resort can be organized by the hotel. The participant is responsible for the costs
