- 16:45 - Gentle yoga session: "In connection with the elements"
Light asanas, breathing exercises and initial impulses on the Ayurvedic theory of the elements - earth, water, fire, air, ether.
- 17:30 - Cooking & dinner together
We prepare an Ayurvedic menu together - fresh, spicy, nourishing - and enjoy the meal in a convivial atmosphere.
- 20:00 - Evening walk by the lake or optional dosha reflection
A peaceful walk by the water or initial personal insights into your Dosha constitution.
Saturday, 3.10. - Elements, energy & enjoyment

Flowing, light yoga sequences for flexibility & calm, combined with tips on nutrition and small rituals for Vata types.

Eating together with a focus on simple, type-appropriate recipes.
- 15:30 - Yoga & Ayurveda input: "Firepower for Pitta"
Strengthening asanas, breathing exercises & Ayurvedic impulses for balance and serenity.
- 17:30 - Cooking & dinner together
Creative, Ayurvedic cooking with seasonal ingredients, spice knowledge and space for your own creations.
- 20:00 - Walking meditation & journaling: "Your elements in everyday life"

Gentle, stabilizing yoga practice & tips for Kapha balance: activating exercises, small self-care rituals & local herbs.
