Those looking for a way to get into holistic yoga and sound healing practice often find too much confusing information about it. And it can be frustrating to be unmotivated for daily self-practice because of a lack of routine & background knowledge.

We know some of this from our earlier days and have managed to turn it into a well-functioning daily routine over the last few years with the help of extensive and clear knowledge, which enriches us every day.

250 hours yoga teacher & sound healing teacher training
With the 200h yoga teacher training you lay the foundation for teaching yoga. But maybe you don't even want to teach. Even if you just want to dive deeper, understand and deepen your own practice, a basic training is a good decision.

Especially when combined with Soundhealing, you can deepen and refine your own practice. In addition, the philosophy of yoga and the effects of sounds and frequencies are a wonderful addition to the therapeutic work of yoga teachers, therapists and coaches. Through the training, you will acquire the knowledge, tools and empathy to enable your patients and students to have this deep experience of themselves. You will gently support their mental, emotional and physical healing process.

The Crystal Singing Bowls and Sound Healing Teacher Training is for those who have no experience in Sound Healing and Sound Bathing and want to get a feeling if it is for them and at the same time for those who already own singing bowls and already give sound baths themselves or have a meditation practice with sound and want to deepen their knowledge and expertise

Breakfast: 08:30 to 09:30

Together we enjoy a healthy and nutritious breakfast on the terrace next to the pool & sea view

Theory & practice: 09:30 to 12:00

Lunch: 12:00 to 13:00

Lunch will be prepared by our fresh vegetarian/ vegan kitchen.

We will end the afternoon with intensive learning units coordinated with practical exercises.

Faro is the closest airport and is about 60 minutes away from Villa Honest Place.

What does the training enable you to do?

Personal growth
In this training you will dive deep into your inner world and get to know and understand your still unconscious feelings and experiences. Through breathing, movement and sound, you will encounter yourself on a deep level and change and healing is possible. In the online & offline modules, we will guide you to your inner source of strength, ask you questions and give you inspiration.

Professional realization
This training enables you to practice and teach your existing yoga practice with creative yoga sequences, meditations, pranayama intertwined with sound healing and to take a new direction in your life. No matter where you are right now, the training will give you a powerful foundation to offer in individual and group settings and guide people back into a valuable connection with themselves.

Teaching methods that bring joy
The focus of the training is on teaching and, above all, implementing a wide range of creative methods using the styles of Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Intense, Yin Yoga and Soundhealing. We will teach you numerous creative methods and exercises, as well as in-depth exercises and valuable impulses.
