On our sailboat BRISA, we can live within this wonderful, boundless space, play with the winds and waves, enjoy pure sunlight, clear air, and pure joy of life—but also confront our fears and other shadow issues to gain clarity and strength. The awareness of our bodies as they interact with the ship and the forces of nature is our most important tool for the journey into our inner realms and across the sea.
The journey takes place as ONE-ON-ONE COACHING. Up to 3 fellow travelers are welcome by arrangement.

No prior sailing experience is required; of course, anyone who wishes to can acquire it or improve their sailing skills.
Even outside the sailing season, I’d be happy to support you in your personal growth journey.
This is possible both online and in person in the Mecklenburg Lake District and on the island of Rügen.

BookBefore departure, groceries are purchased based on the participants' individual preferences, and simple meals are prepared in the well-equipped galley. Restaurant meals are not included in the price.
The dates listed can be changed by arrangement, and the trip can be shortened or extended as needed.
Depending on factors such as travel arrangements, the itinerary, and schedules, we’ll meet at a suitable port.
Grocery shopping tailored to the guests’ needs is taken care of before the trip begins.
The guests settle into their berths and stow their luggage.
After thoroughly familiarizing ourselves with the boat, there is a detailed safety briefing.
… and then the adventure can begin—always taking into account, of course, the prevailing weather conditions and the mental and physical capabilities of the participants!
A relaxed “round of introductions” to discuss concerns, wishes, and expectations will take place no later than the first evening.
How everyone is feeling, questions, dreams, feedback… of course at any time (except during docking, undocking, or sailing maneuvers) …and at least once a day, a detailed “round” to discuss all processes, perspectives, and “areas for improvement” that arise
Depending on the weather, the course of the trip, and the mood of the group, we’ll spend the nights at anchor or in harbors.
Mönkebude, our home port, is located on the Szczecin Lagoon and can be reached by train and bus via Ückermünde or Ducherow. Pickup from the train station can be arranged upon request.
Depending on the cruise itinerary and schedule, it may also be possible to board the boat or change crew members at other ports.
Prices depend on the number of guests:
