On our sailing ship BRISA, we can live in this wonderful boundless space, play with the winds and waves, enjoy pure sunlight, clear air, and pure joie de vivre, but also encounter our fears and other shadow issues in order to gain clarity and strength. The perception of our bodies in communication with the ship and the forces of nature is our most important tool for the journey into our inner spaces and across the sea.

Even outside of the sailing season, I am happy to accompany you in your growth process. This is possible online as well as in person in the Mecklenburg Lake District and on the island of Rügen.

Accommodation

The BRISA has 5 to 6 comfortable berths. The 2 cabins on our ship are occupied individually or in pairs, depending on the number of participants. Bed linen, blankets, and pillows are provided. Our ship has a toilet and sink. Showers are available in every port.

Catering

According to the individual wishes of the participants, shopping is done before departure and simple meals are prepared in the well-equipped pantry. Restaurant visits are not included in the price.

We meet at a suitable port as agreed (depending on requirements such as arrival, itinerary, dates, etc.). Groceries are purchased according to the guests' needs before the trip begins.
Guests will occupy their berths and stow their luggage. After getting to know the ship thoroughly, there will be a detailed safety briefing. ... and then the adventure can begin, always taking into account the prevailing weather conditions and the mental and physical capabilities of the participants, of course! A relaxed "introduction round" to discuss concerns, wishes, and expectations will take place on the first evening at the latest.
Sensitivities, questions, dreams, feedback... at any time, of course (except during mooring, casting off, or sailing maneuvers) ...and at least once a day, a detailed "round" on all processes, perspectives, and "construction sites" that arise. Depending on the weather, the course of the trip, and the mood, we spend the nights at anchor or in ports.

Arrival

Mönkebude, our home port, is located on the Szczecin Lagoon and can be reached by train and bus via Ückermünde or Ducherow. Pick-up from the train station by arrangement. Depending on the course of the trip and scheduling, it is also possible to board or change crew in other ports.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 29 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, you will receive a 30% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
