Is everything just too much at the moment? Is everything going over your head? Your thoughts are spinning and you've lost your perspective? Things can't go on like this for you? Do you need clarity, do you need to get out and tackle things?
Sometimes life moves at a different speed to you. It feels as if the world is racing away from you, or as if you would like to be much further ahead yourself and the world is not keeping up. In moments like these, you need the opportunity for reflection, for all your emotions and for a structured approach to your thoughts, hurdles and goals.
The 1:1 support over 4 weeks can support you if you:
- suffer from chronic stress that is having a negative impact on your life
- are facing professional challenges that you would like to look at with some distance
- have a new job or position that you are currently growing into
- have to overcome relationship challenges, be it in friendships, family or relationships
- have gone through a separation or divorce that has taken a lot out of you and you are now ready for a new direction
- you are facing a transition in your life, such as a move, a new job or a family change
- you want to find yourself again, clarify your goals or rethink the direction of your life
What does the support look like?
- Over the course of 4 weeks, you will have 8 sessions of 1.5 hours of psychosocial counseling with me, which you can schedule flexibly in consultation with me.
- In these counseling sessions, we collect and sort out your thoughts, you can give free rein to your emotions, express everything that moves you and have time and space for yourself and your needs.
- I will support you with methods from the fields of systemic coaching, mental training and life and social counseling that are tailored to your needs.
- The counseling sessions can either take place at my office in Graz or online - whichever you prefer.
- You will receive accompanying reflection documents that you can work on between the sessions.
Why should I provide psychosocial support?
My name is Stefanie Doppler, I am an educator, social worker, systemic coach and mental trainer and I work independently as a psychosocial counselor and coach (life and social counseling and management consulting). I have many years of experience in the psychosocial field and have the know-how to accompany you on your path.
I have created this offer for you so that you have someone to support you with your issues. I give you the time and space for your emotions, wishes, needs and plans and accompany you on your path in a structured way.
The most important facts in a nutshell:
Methods adapted to you from the areas of systemic coaching, mental training and life and social counseling
Time and space for your emotions, wishes, goals and plans
on site in Graz or online - however you prefer
If you are attending the consultation on site in Graz, consultations can take place in the form of walk-and-talks
8 units of psychosocial counseling - 12 hours in total
Accompaniment for 4 weeks
Accompanying reflection documents for the time between counseling sessions
Flexible time management - you don't have to take extra time off
No accommodation is included - and you don't need any because the accompaniment takes place over several weeks to accompany you in your everyday life.
Coffee, tea and water are available during the sessions - of course only on site at my place. If we hold the sessions online, please take care of yourself.
After booking your 1:1 support, we will arrange the first appointment promptly. This will include an assessment of the current situation.
We will arrange all further appointments during or after the first appointment. We will take your wishes and time resources into account. Units can also be taken in blocks if you prefer, or extended over a longer period of time.
Your sessions can take place in the mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings and even at weekends - whatever suits you best and is possible for me. In principle, I try to be as flexible as possible for you so that you don't have to do a balancing act.
My practice in Graz is easily accessible by public transportation as well as by car.
The nearest streetcar stop is just 120 meters away, as is the nearest bus and the Murpark shopping center, from which many services depart, is just a few minutes' walk away.
Parking spaces are available in front of the door.
