The issues that played a blocking role in our lives fade into the background during the silent days. The current life issues that need to be reflected on can usually become clearly visible and tangible during the first few hours of silence.
In the phase that follows, we can then turn our full attention to the NOW and experience the healing deceleration of mind and body in the "soul". We stay more easily and consciously in our own center, in our very own interplay of body, mind and soul and experience ourselves in "BEING"...

Seminar leader:
We are Marion and Bernhard Hötzel and we each have over 45 years of meditation experience, 20 of which we have been working as meditation teachers.
In our own institute, as well as guest teachers at other institutes and as lecturers for NEURO-Meditation at the TH-Campus Vienna. We have received traditional training in Asia, the USA and Europe and are very familiar with the humanistic psychology of our modern times.

Accommodation

Accommodation in a single or double room. Bathroom and shower in the room, balcony with a fantastic view. Very nice and simple rooms in the renovated part of the former monastery. The costs for accommodation and meals are approx. 1250 euros per person in a single room for the entire duration of the retreat.
We can only inform you of the exact amount at the start of the season.

Catering

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are vegetarian and vegan on request.
Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
The cost of meals is included in the accommodation price. There is also a flat rate for tea and water during the course.

Arrival

You can arrive from 16:00 and we will leave at 10:00, as the rooms should be vacated by then.
We will be happy to discuss individual situations with you.

You come to Palma de Mallorca by plane or by train and boat. We can arrange a shared transfer from the airport or you can take a cab or hire a car. We can arrange and organize everything with the other participants in good time. We can also pick you up from the airport or bring you back at cost price.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 91 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 3 days before arrival, you will receive a 5% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

If a replacement participant is provided, only a processing fee of EUR 50 will be charged.
Revocation:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days of conclusion without giving any reason. Restriction: However, this only applies if the period from booking to the start of the course is not less than 21 days.
