“Dear Peter,
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you once again very warmly for the wonderful seminar ‘Time for Me – Recharging at the Monastery,’ which I had the pleasure of attending over the weekend. It brought me closer to the practice of meditation and inspired me to try new things in life.
The weekend, combined with the beautiful natural surroundings of the monastery, helped me gain clarity and find my true self.
My takeaway: I was away for 2.5 days and feel as if I’d been on vacation for a whole week!
I’d like to say thank you once again for that.
Thank you and best regards,
Sandra

“Dear Peter,
I’d like to thank you for this wonderful weekend seminar, which, unfortunately, went by way too fast—and which, for me personally, I would have loved to have lasted a few days longer.
It was a truly wonderful time during which you showed us how to change our daily lives, ourselves, our thoughts, and our outlook on life for the better; as well as how to (re)discover the things that surround us every day, see them from a different perspective, and become more mindful of everything—including ourselves.
The seminar is therefore suitable both for people with no prior experience and for those who are already familiar with topics such as meditation or mindfulness.
The seminar itself took place in a very beautiful, peaceful, and inspiring setting, which allows participants to step away from their daily routines and open themselves up to the experience. This creates the ideal conditions for finding oneself and unwinding.
Every participant was able to take something away for themselves and learn from this seminar—whether it was new perspectives, a new way of perceiving their surroundings and/or themselves, a shift in their attitude or thoughts, and, most importantly, finding inner peace and letting go. You provided us with tools and suggestions that allowed each participant to decide for themselves afterward whether something suited them and which of these they would use and put into practice later on.
It was very pleasant that you always tailored the session to the group and its needs, and there was no pressure to do anything at all. There were also no religious overtones; instead, you always maintained a broad, open-minded perspective—which I find incredibly important. You conveyed to us what truly matters and that it works regardless of religion or external pressures.
You conveyed this in an authentic and approachable way, so that we immediately realized you live by what you taught us, and that really shines through.
I’m very glad I had the opportunity to experience this seminar with you. And even though I was already familiar with some of the concepts beforehand, you still showed me, in your own way, how to find inner peace and provided inspiration for the journey ahead—thank you for that!
This will certainly not be my first or last seminar!
Thank you and warm regards,
Doreen “

Hi Peter,
Here are a few lines about the “Recharge at the Monastery” seminar:
By nature and because of my job, I’m a realistic, rather down-to-earth person, so I attended your workshop with low expectations.
It was therefore a huge surprise to me to discover how such pleasantly simple activities—or rather, doing nothing—allowed me to experience relaxation and “time just for myself.”
I was able to let go of and process many things during my time there.
– It’s one of those workshops that could easily have lasted a few days longer. I’ll definitely be continuing to reflect on this experience.
See you soon, take care!
Best regards, Swen

“Hi Peter,
I’m finding it hard to put into words what went through my mind during the workshop…
I’m—or rather, I was—a newcomer to this field; I do yoga now and then, but you can’t compare that to this!
At first I was skeptical; I didn’t believe I’d be able to calm down in such a short time, to shut off the whirlwind of thoughts in my head for a while or at least slow it down… what can I say, it worked!
At the end of the mindfulness hike on Sunday, I felt more “clear-headed” than I have in a long time!
The atmosphere of the monastery, the forest, the meditation, being mindful—these three days left a deep impression on me!
Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!
Best regards, Sabrina”

“Dear Peter,
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for the intense yet utterly relaxing weekend of indulgence.
Over what felt like six weeks, you reawakened my inner, silenced child with your wonderful, lighthearted, and playful manner. The gentle and loving guidance toward stillness and openness to what is present—during our “week-long” walks by day and in the dark of night through the forests of the Odenwald—has become one of the most beautiful experiences of my life.
Walking barefoot on the soft moss, smelling, feeling, and experiencing the forest. Feeling connected to the universe as a molecule (merging with other participants to become one molecule). You showed me that meditation isn’t just possible in a quiet little room—no, it’s possible everywhere.
A day after your 24-hour meditation retreat, I still feel deeply connected to myself, to you, and to the wonderful other participants.
I hope I can hold onto this wonderful feeling of relaxation, detachment from worries, and love and connection to nature for a long time to come.
Warm regards, Bea from the beautiful Black Forest”
“After almost two years, I returned to recharge with Peter at the monastery. I had fond memories of the first time; I’d incorporated some of the insights from the workshop into my daily life, and doing it again did me a world of good and opened up new facets that hadn’t been quite as accessible to me the first time.
And I think it’s wonderful how a group of strangers can become a close-knit group in such a short time. The people I had the pleasure of meeting will remain fondly in my memory, and I hope to see some of them again at a future workshop.
Thank you so much, Peter—this won’t be the last time we see each other…:-) “

Dear Peter,
I’d like to say THANK YOU once again for the wonderful time last weekend with you and this amazing “family” made up of such wonderful people. I felt very, very cared for, supported, and at ease! It was simply “wonderful” and certainly won’t be my last visit to this “magical place” with so many great moments, silent hikes, hugs, and so much more.
Thank you so much for this time, during which I was able to recharge, take it all in, enjoy, and feel deeply.
You are a wonderful person—I’ve taken many of your thoughts with me, and I can’t even say the phrase “I hope that I …………..” I can’t even say that anymore; because I’m doing it—I have a different perspective—I’m taking time to meditate and drawing strength from it to understand things better…
THANK YOU!
With all my love, wishing you all the best, Simone”

“Dear Peter,
The ‘Time for Me’ weekend at the monastery was something truly special!
I arrived on Friday feeling stressed and with no expectations. I drove home on Sunday feeling deeply relaxed and enriched by so many wonderful experiences.
It was as if you could see into my soul—that’s how spot-on your suggestions and exercises were.
I especially liked that everything was so concrete and “practical for everyday life.”
We were a great group, and you did a perfect job of creating the right atmosphere right from the start for a very personal and open interaction.
Thank you so much for this intense experience!
Warm regards, Isabell”

What an inspiring and conscious seminar with dear Peter Schuth. I was so touched by the three days - or maybe it felt like three weeks - that I can still feel the after-effects very intensely. I clearly realized how much I had lost my space and found myself again. I hadn't really noticed nature either. This morning I went straight to the forest for 1.5 hours to give myself even more energy. I also managed to meditate intensively, it's so good to be with yourself. Dear Peter, 5* is not nearly enough, because your seminar and especially your company brought me back to myself. Thank you very much for this. Many thanks also to the monastery community, the delicious food and our harmonious seminar group.

The retreat was a valuable time-out for me, where I was able to calm down and find myself again. The atmosphere in the monastery, the silence and the clear daily routine helped me to switch off completely - both mentally and physically. It was exactly what I needed to recharge my batteries. An all-round enriching experience that I can highly recommend.

Coach very friendly. Knows what he's talking about. Too many hikes for beginners. 1x 3 hours at a stretch. 1x 1 hour. Too many participants 16 at a time. Too little involvement of the participants in the workshop. Was more of a monologue. Too tightly timed. Exercises were very good. Excellent food in the monastery. Area very beautiful.

A really great seminar! Peter's warm and cheerful, but also welcoming and wise manner makes it easy for both men and women to open up to the content, find themselves and then connect with his energy in the here and now. This could also be clearly felt by the other participants. I'll be back, then with my wife. Thank you so much, dear Peter!
