Summary

“HEART YOGA and the beauty of the body-soul as an expression of life in motion and form.”
In this summer course, the structure and inner attitude of Vipassana are incorporated as a foundation into the relatively simple asanas (postures). In this way, the body begins to shape itself and move within Vipassana.
From this collected posture arises the inner space for a mindful and lovingly conscious presence of the heart. The small and large things that often disturb us during our practice largely stem from the attitudes we have developed toward life, circumstances, and people.
Light physical exercises from YOGA and active meditations will accompany the course.
We will connect with our spontaneous as well as our formative emotions and perceive how these unconsciously have a major influence on our daily lives.

Accommodation

You’ll have no trouble finding accommodations in Mondsee. The tourist office is happy to assist you.
There are options in almost every category, and we also have some very nice campgrounds.
Just ask us—we’d be happy to give you a few tips on accommodations within walking distance of the ZENraum. Of course, if you live near Mondsee, you’re always welcome to stay at home.

Catering

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are optional and can be booked separately.
The meals are vegetarian and vegan, and we take a mindful approach to nutrition. We are happy to accommodate food intolerances.
We are also happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please let us know briefly before the course begins.

sequence

We usually begin with an active morning meditation and transition into mindful
yoga exercises. Observing the breath is an integral part of these exercises.
After breakfast, we immerse ourselves in body-phase constellations with
Vipassana in motion, through which we will delve into the depths of our love for BEING, through movement and form.
Hours of silence following this phase support the process of immersing ourselves in the inner space of the sensation of BEING and non-being.
All phases of practice will culminate in an inquiry.
We will approach the multifaceted world of feelings and emotions through dance and movement, thereby experiencing the world of body awareness. Here, aspects such as self-compassion, self-love, and self-awareness play an important role.
Theoretical sections and short lectures will repeatedly serve as a guide through this inner journey.
This course can also be recognized as continuing education and will be certified by us as such.

Arrival

Mondsee is easily accessible by car and public transportation.
If you’re traveling by car, you can reach Mondsee via Munich or Vienna and Linz. Mondsee has its own highway exit.
If you’re traveling by train, you’ll need to go to Salzburg. From there, you can take the Postbus 140, which runs every 30 minutes from the main train station directly to the bus station in Mondsee. From there, many of the accommodations are within walking distance.
Salzburg Airport is also accessible by plane from many cities.
Here, too, it’s easy to continue your journey by bus. First, take bus line 2 to the main train station, and then continue on Postbus 140.

After this, the booking is non-refundable.

If a substitute participant is provided, only a processing fee of €50 will be charged.
Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days of signing it, without giving any reason. Restriction: However, this applies only if the period between the booking and the start of the course is at least 21 days.
