The price includes a hearty health-conscious breakfast buffet and a dinner buffet in the evening. For all our buffets, we recommend an alkaline-rich, health-conscious diet, which you can customize to your liking from the dishes on offer. Vegetarian and vegan options are available; special dietary requests can be accommodated upon request.

Full board can be added upon request (€20.00 per person per day).

Thursday
- 3:30 – 4:00 PM: Welcome gathering in the Fireplace Lounge with yoga tea and a warm-up session to set the tone for the retreat
- 4:30 – 6:00 PM: Opening ceremony, gentle yoga flow
- Starting at 6:00 PM: Dinner (we recommend the alkaline-rich, vitality-boosting foods at our buffet (salad selections, warm vegetarian dishes & soups, as well as moor bread, and a vegan dessert to finish))
- Afterwards: Wind down the evening at the Feelbar | Alternatively, a short sauna session or visit to the thermal baths until 10:00 PM

Friday
- Starting at 7:00 AM: Vitality breakfast (we recommend our seeds, nuts, muesli, and plain quark products, a large selection of rolls (including vegan options) with light spreads)
- 8:00–9:00 a.m.: Nordic walking or mindful walk in the Wurzacher Ried
- 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.: Introduction to Synergy Yoga
- 2:00–3:00 PM: Health lecture
- 4:00–5:30 PM: Somatic Yin Yoga
- From 6:00 PM: Dinner (we recommend the alkaline-rich, vitality-boosting foods at our buffet (salad selections, vegetarian hot dishes & soups, as well as moor bread, and a vegan dessert to finish))
- Afterwards: Use of the thermal baths and sauna, time for spa treatments (exfoliation, massages, etc.), hiking in the Ried, cycling in the surrounding area, fitness club, or sports classes at the resort

Saturday
- Starting at 7:00 AM: Vitality breakfast (we recommend our seeds, nuts, muesli, and natural quark products, a large selection of rolls (including vegan options) with light spreads)
- Morning: Free time
- 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.: Yoga Flow
- 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.: Creative break
- 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.: Yoga & Sound, closing ceremony
- From 6:00 PM: Dinner (we recommend the alkaline-rich vitality foods at our buffet—salad selections, warm vegetarian dishes & soups, as well as moor bread, and a vegan dessert to finish)
- Afterwards: Wind down the evening at the Feelbar | Alternatively: Time to Spa – a quick sauna session or visit to the thermal baths until 10:00 PM

Sunday
- Starting at 7:00 AM: Vitality breakfast (we recommend our seeds, nuts, muesli, and plain quark products, a large selection of rolls (including vegan options) with light spreads)
- Morning: After check-out, you can still use the thermal baths and sauna area until 4:00 PM and put together your own personalized spa program.
