Practice: This retreat follows a gentle and flexible rhythm that leaves you space for genuine relaxation. Our goal is to create an atmosphere in which yoga, nature, and relaxation come together naturally. There are two yoga sessions each day—one in the morning and one in the afternoon or early evening. We will coordinate the exact times with the participants on site so that the program can be harmoniously adapted to the daily rhythm, the weather, and the needs of the group. The practice combines Hatha Yoga, breathwork (Pranayama), meditation, and relaxing Yin Yoga elements. All sessions are designed so that both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners can participate.
Our yoga shala is located directly by the sea with a sweeping view of the coast. In the evening in particular, a unique atmosphere is created here when the practice is accompanied by the light of the sunset. Between yoga sessions, there is plenty of free time to enjoy the special surroundings and deeply regenerate your body and mind. During this time, you can, for example:
• Swim in the crystal-clear sea right in front of the house • Relax on the private jetty and enjoy the sun • Take walks along the quiet coast • Read, meditate, or simply enjoy the silence
