The nearest airport is in Cape Town; from there, it’s a two-hour drive.
We’re happy to help arrange a shuttle service or carpool.
Cancellation policy
Full refund up to 60 days before arrival.If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
If you cancel between 0 and 29 days before the start of the retreat, the deposit is non-refundable.
The date of receipt of the written cancellation notice is decisive.
You may designate a replacement participant at any time. In this case, no additional cancellation fees will apply, provided the replacement meets all participation requirements.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation by the Organizers
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat for good cause. This applies in particular if the minimum number of participants is not reached, in cases of force majeure, or in other unforeseeable circumstances that make holding the retreat impossible or unreasonable.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the retreat may be canceled no later than 60 days before the start date.
In this case, any payments already made will be refunded in full. Further claims are excluded. This applies in particular to costs that the participant booked independently, such as flights, insurance, or other travel services.
