- Dinner starting at 6:00 PM (we recommend the alkaline-rich, vitality-boosting foods at our buffet—salad selections, hot vegetarian dishes & soups, as well as moor bread, and a vegan dessert to finish)
- Afterwards: Wind down the evening at the Feelbar | Alternatively, enjoy a short sauna session or visit the thermal baths until 10:00 PM
Thursday
- 3:30 – 4:00 PM: Welcome in the Fireplace Lounge with shared yoga tea and an introduction to the retreat
- 4:30 – 5:45 PM: Hatha Yoga
- from 6:00 PM: Dinner (we recommend the alkaline-rich, vitality-boosting foods at our buffet (salad variations, vegetarian hot dishes & soups, as well as moor bread, and to finish off, a vegan dessert))
- Afterwards: Wind down the evening at the Feelbar | Alternatively, a short sauna session or visit to the thermal baths until 10:00 PM
- In the afternoon: Medical check-up for mud therapy suitability + full-body massage (individual scheduling)
Friday
- Starting at 7:00 AM: Vitality breakfast (we recommend our seeds, nuts, muesli, and natural quark products, a large selection of rolls (including vegan options) with light spreads)
- 8:00–9:15 AM: Nordic walking in the Wurzacher Ried
- 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Vinyasa Yoga
- 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.: Health lecture
- 5:15 – 6:45 p.m.: Yin Yoga
- starting at 6:45 p.m.: Dinner (we recommend the alkaline-rich, vitality-boosting foods at our buffet (salad selections, warm vegetarian dishes & soups, as well as moor bread, and a vegan dessert to finish))
- Afterwards: Use of the thermal baths and sauna, time for spa treatments (exfoliation, massages, etc.), hiking in the Ried, cycling in the surrounding area, fitness club, or sports classes at the resort
- Mud bath (prerequisite: suitability for mud therapy; scheduled individually for each participant)
Saturday
- Starting at 7:00 AM: Vitality breakfast (we recommend our seeds, nuts, muesli, and natural quark products, a large selection of rolls (including vegan options) with light spreads)
- Morning: Morning at your leisure
- 1:00 – 2:30 PM: Yin-Yang Yoga
- 3:30 – 5:00 PM: Fascia Yoga
- 5:15 – 6:00 PM: Closing meditation
- Starting at 6:00 PM: Dinner (we recommend the alkaline-rich vitality foods at our buffet: salad selections, warm vegetarian dishes & soups, as well as moor bread, and a vegan dessert to finish)
- Afterwards: Wind down the evening at the Feelbar | Alternatively: Time to Spa – a short sauna session or visit to the thermal baths until 10:00 PM
Sunday
- Starting at 7:00 a.m.: Vitality breakfast (we recommend our seeds, nuts, muesli, and natural quark products, a large selection of rolls (including vegan options), and light spreads)
- Morning: After check-out, you can continue to use the thermal baths and sauna area until 4:00 p.m. and put together your own individual spa program.
