Each day begins with a mindful yoga practice, complemented by pranayama and a soothing deep relaxation session. After breakfast together, there’s time for rest, wellness, or walks in nature.
A special part of the retreat is your personalized one-on-one sessions. You’ll receive both an individual Reiki energy healing session with Samira and a transformational coaching session with Peter. These one-on-one sessions offer you the opportunity to deeply explore your personal issues and gain new inspiration for your future path.
The program is rounded out by inspiring workshops, group meditations, and plenty of free time to enjoy the special atmosphere of Monte San Giorgio at your own pace.

Sometimes in life we reach a point where we feel that something needs to change. Perhaps the same challenges keep cropping up, old patterns are holding you back, or you’re seeking more clarity about the path ahead.
In one-on-one transformation coaching, Peter takes the time to address your individual concerns. Together, you’ll explore the root causes of your current issues and develop new perspectives as well as concrete solutions for your daily life.

Reiki Energy Healing with Samira
Reiki is a method of energy work originating in Japan, in which universal life energy is specifically channeled. The goal is to harmonize the flow of energy in the body and activate its natural self-healing powers.
During your personal Reiki session, you can let go completely and simply relax. Many people experience this time as a soothing break from everyday life and report feeling inner peace, renewed strength, and a pleasant sense of lightness afterward.

These easy-to-learn techniques will help you recognize energetic blockages early on, prevent them, and consciously continue your personal development even after the retreat.

Your Retreat Facilitators
Peter Weitgasse and Samira Sefzig are the founders of YOGA meets YOU and have been guiding people for many years on their path to better health, inner balance, and personal development. Together, they lead numerous yoga and transformation retreats in Austria and Switzerland.
Peter has been practicing yoga since 1998 and spent 16 years in an ashram, eight of which as a yoga monk (Swami Keshavananda). As a yoga teacher, meditation teacher, transformation coach, and seminar leader, he combines traditional yoga with modern personal development and guides people in releasing inner blockages and gaining new clarity.

All yoga sessions are individually guided and are suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners.

Breakfast Together
After the yoga practice, we enjoy a hearty breakfast together. In a relaxed atmosphere, you’ll have time to consciously wind down the morning and recharge for the rest of the day.

Individual Support & Time to Relax
During this time, the focus is on your personal one-on-one sessions. Each participant receives:

• Free parking is available right at the hotel.
By Train
Travel comfortably to Mendrisio Station or Capolago-Riva San Vitale Station. From there, you can reach the hotel by bus or taxi in just a few minutes.
By Cable Car
Taking the Serpiano cable car is a special experience. It connects Brusino Arsizio on the shores of Lake Lugano with the hotel and offers spectacular panoramic views even during the ascent.

The nearest airports are:
