What can I carry forward into this new chapter of my life with gratitude? In this way, we look back on your year and make room for new experiences. Clarity usually sets in, and unresolved issues often resolve themselves simply because we no longer (or no longer continue to) suppress them. The time of silence gives us strength and confidence.

Seminar Leaders:
We are Marion and Bernhard Hötzel, and we each have 45 years of meditation experience, 20 of which we have spent working as meditation teachers.
We teach at our own institute, as well as serving as guest teachers at other institutes and as lecturers for NEURO-Meditation at the TH-Campus Vienna. We have received traditional training in Asia, the USA, and Europe, and are very familiar with humanistic psychology and our modern times.

You will be staying at the Mondsee Guest House. The accommodations here are simple, and the guest house is located near the event venue. We will book the room for you. Since there are always only a limited number of single rooms available, we recommend making your decision as early as possible. Otherwise, the double rooms are spacious. The cost is 160 euros for a double room and 190 euros for a single room.
The meals are Ayurvedic, vegetarian, and vegan, and are prepared daily using fresh, organic ingredients. When you register, please let us know about any dietary restrictions you may have so that we can accommodate them.

CONTENT
Participants spend more than two-thirds of the seminar in silence. At specific times during the seminar, there will be periods for sharing and exchanging experiences. In addition, individual sessions will be held in which questions and topics that arise during the silence and meditation can be addressed and explored in depth.

The individual practice sessions (sitting, lying down, and mindful yoga exercises) rarely last longer than 30 minutes.
The morning active meditations last 60 minutes, during which movement,
breathing, and stillness alternate.

addressing the everyday challenges of our lives
will further structure this seminar.

You can travel to Salzburg by car, train, or plane.
From Salzburg Central Station, you can take the Postbus 140, which runs hourly to Mondsee.
From there, the accommodation is within easy walking distance.
We will select the accommodation for you. It is located within walking distance of the ZENraum. All participants will be staying there.
