This one-on-one coaching is all about you—you will be seen and heard!
Each thematic module consists of one-on-one coaching that incorporates methods from special education, systemic therapy, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and our own proprietary approaches. Materials such as stones and paints are used in creative ways throughout the process.
This coaching program includes the following professional package: (A total of 17 hours of individual coaching)
Relationships Module:
Individual coaching (12 hours)
How do I shape my relationships with others?
How do I feel about myself?
How have past relationships affected me?
What cycles and patterns were triggered by past relationships?
What are the triggers for these cycles?
What connections exist between past relationships and my current problems?
Why are beliefs the drivers of my cycles?
What can you expect?
We will identify all the people with whom you have or have had an important relationship and map out their influences on you.
Through constellation work using my Heilgenogram model, we will visually map out existing cycles using color and systemic analysis and develop practical solutions for how you can bring negative cycles into balance in the future.
For this topic area, I have developed highly effective additional methods, such as the Core System Approach for working with limiting beliefs.
We will search for your deep, inner, and mostly unconscious beliefs—the ones your inner critic keeps making you think and say out loud.
This often leads to a negative inner truth, which then becomes your own reality and manifests in your life.
We examine which core statements influence you, what impact they have on your life, and which of your cycles and patterns they belong to.
Working together, we reverse negative beliefs, affirm, and reframe new statements that help you refill your inner pot of gold. We develop your overarching purpose of existence.
Module 2: Grounding:
Individual coaching (5 hours)
What gives me stability in my life?
Where do I draw my strength and energy to master daily challenges?
What do I need to be in harmony with myself and my environment?
What are my personal energy drainers, and how do I get rid of them?
What are my needs?
Do I also pay attention to my needs?
Where are the limits of my resilience?
How can I be more mindful of myself?
How do I deal with stress? Cortisol—what is that?
How can I reduce my stress levels?
What is the acid-base balance?
What can you expect?
We’ll create your personal tree of life.
This reveals where you can draw your strength and energy from, what keeps you firmly rooted, and what gives you stability and security during storms.
In the process, we’ll identify your resources within your personality traits and use my Core-Stamm method to figure out how you can tap into them in your daily life.
We’ll explore the topic of stress in depth. You’ll recognize your symptoms and triggers (stressors) for stress and learn how to manage them in a healthy way.
Acid-base balance will also be a focus of mindfulness.
My own 5-Pillar Principle is applied here.
We’ll center on your own mindfulness. You’ll know what’s essential for you so that you can treat yourself with greater care in the future.
