We achieve this through the Tibetan exercises known as the Five “Tibetans”®, guided meditation and self-hypnosis, deep relaxation, guided mental journeys, various breathing techniques, and more.

In the morning, choose whatever suits your taste from our extensive breakfast buffet. Here you’ll find coffee, tea, and a variety of juices. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Warm bread and jams. Antipasti, freshly prepared egg dishes, and hearty muesli. Most of it is organic, sourced from local farmers—fresh from the field or tree to your table.
In the afternoon, a light soup and homemade cakes are waiting for you. Whether you’d like to relax or grab a quick bite—by the way, in the afternoon you’re welcome to wear your workout clothes or a bathrobe here.
In the evening, choose between a five-course “Alpine Natural Cuisine” menu (classic, alkaline, or ketogenic) in the → Johannesstübli and our → Dirndlstüberl menu featuring Austrian specialties as well as vegan and vegetarian dishes.

Arrival

You can drive all the way to the Goldenen Berg; parking is available on site.
There are two electric vehicle charging stations located directly in the large parking lot behind the Alter Goldenen Berg. (Charging is subject to a fee.)
If you’re arriving by public transportation, we’ll be happy to pick you up by shuttle in Lech at the bus stop (Rüfikopf or Schlosskopf).
