Course of the retreat:
Day 1 - Saturday:
18:00-19:30: Arrival and introduction of the Five "Tibetans"®
Day 2 - Sunday:
8:00-8:25 a.m.: Morning meditation (optional)
8:30-9:30 a.m.: Five "Tibetans"® and movement breaks / Liebscher & Bracht stretching of bottlenecks
Followed by breakfast
17:00-18:00: Five "Tibetans"® and hypnotic deep relaxation
Day 3 - Monday:
8:00-8:25 a.m.: Morning meditation (optional)
8:30-9:30 a.m.: Five "Tibetans"® and Body Flow
Followed by breakfast
17:00-18:00: Five "Tibetans"® and chakra meditation
Day 4 - Tuesday:
8:00-8:25 a.m.: Morning meditation (optional)
8:30-9:30 am: Five "Tibetans"® and bottleneck stretching according to Liebscher & Bracht
Followed by breakfast
10:00-11:00 a.m.: Nutrition tips from the head chef
17:00-18:00: Five "Tibetans"® and autogenic training
Day 5 - Wednesday:
8:00-8:25 a.m.: Morning meditation (optional)
8:30-9:30 a.m.: Five "Tibetans"® and relaxation journey
Followed by breakfast
17:00-18:00: Five "Tibetans"® and heart meditation
Day 6 - Thursday:
8:00-8:25 a.m.: Morning meditation (optional)
8:30-9:30 a.m.: Five "Tibetans"® and progressive muscle relaxation according to Jacobson
Followed by breakfast
17:00-18:00: Five "Tibetans"® and guided meditation as well as answering open questions; conclusion of the Five "Tibetans"® Health Week
As part of the stay, participants can also book individual sessions with Martin Tschopp for hypnotherapy, Liebscher & Bracht pain therapy, heart coherence coaching, autogenic training, AccessBars and life coaching.
