“Horsewisdom” is a form of equine-assisted coaching that aims to help people achieve personal growth and emotional well-being.
It draws on the natural sensitivity and intuition of horses to help people recognize and improve their own emotions, behavior patterns, and communication skills.

How do we get creative with Paintflow? What is Paintflow?
We paint with acrylic paint and brushes on paper mounted on the wall. The focus is on the present moment and on getting into the flow. In a trusting atmosphere, you’ll playfully engage with the colors and shapes.
Christina will help you stay in the flow and support you if you encounter difficulties.
Overcoming the obstacles in your painting will have a positive impact on your life.
