The retreat takes place in the enchanting surroundings of Alentejo - the southwest coast of Portugal under cork oaks and close to the Atlantic Ocean.

What is meant by meeting horses?
"Horsewisdom" is a form of horse-assisted coaching that aims to help people achieve personal growth and emotional well-being.
It uses the natural sensitivity and intuition of horses to help people recognize and improve their own feelings, behavior patterns and communication skills.

How do we get creative with Paintflow? What is Paintflow?
We paint with acrylic paint & brushes on paper on the wall. The focus is on the moment and on getting into the flow. In a trusting atmosphere, you playfully engage with the colors and shapes.
Christina supports you in staying in the flow and catches you when you encounter difficulties.
If you overcome the obstacles in your painting, this will have a positive influence on your life.
