8-day 6 SENSES retreat in Bargemon, Provence, France

Abriecosy is located in the middle of the forest with breathtaking views from every room and from the terrace, surrounded by wild animals such as deer, foxes, wild boar, birds, bees and beetles. No other houses - the silence and clarity can be heard and felt.
The 7.5-hectare property is home to the old bastide, which was already marked on Napoleon's map in 1810, a wooden chalet and our Healing House "ANAMAYA", where the retreat takes place and where you are accommodated. With filtered air, sacred drawings and healing sounds, we try to create an environment where the body goes into deep relaxation.
All mattresses and pillows are made of hypoallergenic 100% latex. The organic cotton blankets and sheets are washed using only natural products. An ecological natural pool and a pétanque court are also available to all guests.
The large garden offers many opportunities to connect with nature and enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful view.
You have the option of booking a private single room or accommodation in a shared room.

The retreat includes balanced meals that are purely vegan and prepared exclusively with organic ingredients.
In the morning, you will receive a healthy and special breakfast experience for the senses to start the day invigorated.
At lunchtime, you can find a nice spot to enjoy the delicacies from the lunchbox you put together in the morning.
In the evening, we will spoil you with a culinary 3-course menu.
The balanced meals are intuitively prepared according to healthy eating principles with "love" as the main ingredient.
We take into account any special dietary requirements; dinner is always gluten-free.

The nearest airports are Nice (NCE) and Marseille (MRS). Both are around 1.5 hours' drive from Abriecosy. To reach us in the seclusion of the forest, it is advisable to book a small rental car.
The quickest connection by train is to Aix-en-Provence (Gare TGV). The nearest train station is Les Arcs - Draguignan. From there you can continue by bus. Line 5 will take you to Draguignan, where you can take a call bus to Bargemon, which must be booked 24 hours in advance. We can pick you up at the bus stop in Bargemon. Otherwise, you can also rent a small car at the train station or in Draguignan or experience a typical French way of traveling with blablacar.
