A very special kind of getaway awaits you. Nestled between the forest and the Perf Reservoir, the Schwanennest is situated in a completely secluded location. Your only neighbors are horses and sheep. Here, you can go offline and off-grid to refocus on the essentials of life. A cozy, hygge-style little cabin is your home away from home. You’re free to enjoy every part of the fenced-in garden. From your terrace, you’ll have a wonderful panoramic view. If you’re looking for more than just relaxation, you can choose the program that suits you best from our coaching modules. You’ll have the cabin all to yourself, and even during the coaching modules, your coaches will be there just for you (one-on-one sessions). You’ll be personally supported by the COME HOME Biedenkopf team—we’re certified trainers and psychological counselors. The program is designed for prevention, counseling, and life coaching.

!!! Important !!! You decide the length of your stay yourself; the minimum stay is two nights. If you don’t want to be alone, feel free to bring a loved one or your pet with you at no extra cost. You can also book the Schwanennest without participating in the program.

In just a few minutes, you can reach the lake or the forest from there; the Lahn Hiking Trail passes right by the Schwanennest. At the lake, you can rent kayaks or SUP boards. The Seeblick restaurant, with its large outdoor terrace, offers food and drinks right on the lake. There are two bird-watching stations in the nature reserve by the lake.

Das Schwanennest ist eine Glampingoase mit einem Schlafraum in der festen Hütte. Der Raum ist ausgestattet mit einem Holzofen. Dort findest du auch eine Sitzgelegenheit und ein gemütliches Doppelbett.
Auf der überdachten Veranda befindet sich die Außenküche mit zweiflammigen Gaskocher. Eine vollständige Kücheneinrichtung ist vorhanden. Die Veranda lässt sich mit Planen wind- und regendicht verschließen.
Es gibt einen Waschplatz und eine Campingdusche (überdacht). Die Toilette ist eine Trocken-Trenntoilette. Im Winter findest du eine Waschschüssel in der Hütte vor.
Im Garten gibt es einen gemauerten Grill, Lagerfeuerstelle, Holzlager, Strandkorb und Sitzgelegenheiten. Im Brunnenkühlschrank kannst du Lebensmittel kühlen.
Das Schwanennest ist ohne Strom. Kerzen und Lichterketten sorgen für eine gemütliche Stimmung. Der Handyempfang ist sehr gut und es gibt die Möglichkeit, das Handy über eine Batterie zu laden.

The Swan's Nest is a self-catering cabin; all the cooking utensils you need are provided.
You’ll cook on a two-burner gas stove (gas is included). You can store food in the well-cooled refrigerator. We provide water for cooking and washing dishes.
Shopping and restaurants are about 1.5 km away.

All COACHING modules are also available in the fall and winter! Please be sure to bring plenty of warm clothing ;)
Depending on the module, please bring weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy shoes, and comfortable clothing. Please also remember to bring a water bottle, mosquito repellent, and sunscreen.

Arrival

You can travel by the Kurhessenbahn from Marburg or Siegen to the Biedenkopf-Wallau stop (free shuttle service). We can also transport your bike.
By car, take the B253 to Biedenkopf-Breidenstein. We’ll provide you with directions.
The nearest bus stop is about 1.5 km away and is called Biedenkopf-Breidenstein, Schloßstrasse. We’ll pick you up there.

Full refund up to 15 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

You will receive a full refund up to 14 days before arrival. After that, 50% of the total amount is due until the day of arrival. If you cancel on the day of arrival or during your stay, the full amount is due. The full amount is also due in the event of a no-show. Please submit cancellations in writing via email.
