A Weekend on the Farm: Arrive, Breathe Deeply, Be
This mindfulness and nature retreat takes place in Heinsberg (North Rhine-Westphalia), near the Dutch border. Surrounded by wide-open fields and idyllic countryside, a very special retreat awaits you.
On our small farm, with ponies, chickens, meadows, and old trees, we’ll spend a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We’ll start with a meditation, observe the animals and nature, sit in the shade under the trees, and feel the earth beneath our feet.
Those who enjoy working with their hands can pitch in with meditative activities on the farm and in the kitchen, and those who want to burn off some energy will have the opportunity to do so as well. Everything is voluntary and without pressure.
In the evening, we gather around a campfire, sing spiritual songs accompanied by guitar, and bring the day to a close together.
In a small group of no more than 10 participants, there’s plenty of time and space for conversation and individual support.
Here, you’ll find the space to take a deep breath, let go, and recharge your energy in a relaxed atmosphere.

Our farm is conveniently located and easily accessible by car. There is plenty of parking available in front of the farm.
From Düsseldorf, Aachen, Krefeld, and Neuss, it takes about 1 hour to drive here. From Cologne, it’s about 1.5 hours by car.
If you’re traveling by train, we can pick you up at the train station in Heinsberg. Unfortunately, the train service isn’t very reliable, so I recommend allowing an extra hour for your trip.
We look forward to spending time together.
