A Weekend on the Farm: Arrive, Breathe Deeply, Be
This mindfulness and nature retreat takes place in Heinsberg (North Rhine-Westphalia), near the Dutch border. Surrounded by vast fields and meadows, a very special retreat awaits you.
On our small farm, with ponies, chickens, meadows, and old trees, we’ll spend a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We’ll start with a meditation, observe the animals and nature, sit in the shade under the trees, and feel the earth beneath our feet.
Away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, out in nature on our meadows with free-range chickens, it’s easy to put your cell phone aside and truly be present with yourself.
In the evening, we’ll gather around a campfire and wind down the day together.
In a small group of no more than 10 participants, there’s plenty of time and space for conversation and individual support.
Here, you’ll have the opportunity to let go of whatever’s weighing you down, connect with nature, and recharge your energy for the days ahead.

I cordially invite you to let go of your daily routine and recharge your batteries in a relaxed atmosphere.
Our farm is conveniently located and easily accessible by car. There is plenty of parking available in front of the farm.
From Düsseldorf, Aachen, Krefeld, and Neuss, it takes about 1 hour to drive here. From Cologne, it’s about 1.5 hours by car.
If you’re traveling by train, we can pick you up at the train station in Heinsberg. Unfortunately, the train service isn’t very reliable, so I recommend allowing an extra hour for your trip.
We look forward to spending time together.
