This retreat is designed for people who want to strengthen their spine, relieve back pain, and improve their flexibility. Under the experienced guidance of Gertrud Brunner, you’ll spend a week in Mallorca focused on healthy posture and inner balance.
Feldenkrais®—named after the physicist Moshé Feldenkrais®—relies on mindful movements that have a profound effect on the nervous system. Two two-hour sessions each day help release tension, promote flexibility, and support your inner posture.
The spine is at the center of this practice: it carries, connects, and supports. Through targeted lessons, you will learn to re-perceive the natural curves (lordosis and kyphosis) and bring them into harmony with your breath and your inner alignment.
The program is complemented by the healing environment of the Son Manera Retreat Finca. Delicious vegetarian and vegan cuisine, an extensive spa area, and sweeping views of Mallorca’s autumnal landscape provide space for relaxation and integration.

Program Details:
From Sunday to Friday, there are two 2-hour sessions each day. The arrival and departure days are free of program activities. The program is designed for both experienced Feldenkrais® practitioners and beginners.
