You are what you digest. We shop for fresh ingredients at the market every day, and then we enjoy traditional Sri Lankan food.
This diet helps balance the three doshas within us.
It aids digestion and stimulates the metabolism, ensuring that nutrients reach every cell.
We prepare every meal fresh with plenty of vegetables and fruit, rice, and legumes.
We use traditional Ayurvedic spices, such as
curry, turmeric, ginger, curry leaves, and cumin

Bodywork/Energy Work:
7 full-body massages
Yoga session – every day before breakfast
Metamorphic treatments – 2 sessions
Identifying and releasing energy blockages – this takes place on the first day to clear the path for your healing
Chakra Cleansing – 3 times during the retreat.
During this process, the chakras are cleansed and opened further. Afterward, you’ll feel much freer and better. With each treatment, your system shifts a little more.
Option for a constellation session – any topic is possible (e.g., family issues, connection to the Higher Self, illness…). Blockages become apparent and can be released.
Group meditation accompanied by drumming: daily after dinner

Excursions in the surrounding area—if you’d like
Boat safari: lasts about 2 hours
A day trip to the rainforest. Here you’ll have the opportunity to fully connect with the powerful, primal energy of Mother Earth.
Visit to a special temple: the energy there is comparable to the energy in the pyramids of Egypt.
