The calmer afternoon yoga session and evening meditation contribute to deep relaxation.
A further 1-hour Ayurveda treatment and an Ayurveda lecture on the topics of constitutional theory, Ayurvedic nutrition and practical everyday tips allow you to immerse yourself in one of the oldest health systems.
The catering for your sustainable time-out is vegetarian and vegan with Ayurvedic accents. In the morning, you start the day with a warming Ayurvedic porridge. At dinner, you can try out one or two Ayurvedic delicacies.
