During your stay, a soothing blend of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda will help you find your inner balance. The day begins with a yoga session to get your body and mind moving. You’ll then enjoy your Ayurvedic porridge before learning your constitutional type during an Ayurvedic consultation and experiencing the soothing effects of an Ayurvedic massage during a 30-minute treatment. The gentler afternoon yoga session and evening meditation contribute to deep relaxation.
Another 1-hour Ayurvedic treatment and an Ayurvedic lecture covering constitutional theory, Ayurvedic nutrition, and practical everyday tips allow you to delve deeply into one of the oldest health systems.
The meals during your sustainable retreat are vegetarian-vegan with Ayurvedic accents. In the morning, you’ll start the day with a warming Ayurvedic porridge. At dinner, you can try one or two Ayurvedic delicacies.
