Summary

Yoga & Time for Your Soul

This extended yoga weekend is a wonderful retreat and journey of self-discovery and self-care. Say goodbye to the stresses of everyday life—leave it all behind and find peace of mind in this wonderfully serene setting. Here, you can tune in to your inner self—perceive—observe—and simply be. The perfect rejuvenation for body, mind, and soul. This weekend is suitable for yoga beginners as well as for long-time practitioners and yoga teachers who want to expand and deepen their practice and experience. In this beautiful, picturesque setting, you can let your mind wander and treat yourself to more leisure and time for yourself.

You’ll experience intensive Hatha yoga sessions with variations and Yin yoga. Meditations, breathing exercises, affirmations, body scans, Feldenkrais, sound journeys, deep relaxation, and massage, among other activities, complement the practice.

This seminar has been reviewed and certified by health insurance providers and is subsidized by most statutory health insurance plans (GKV) with 75–150€! Accommodations and meals are billed separately on-site and are not subsidized. You can find more information on my website.

We are located in the former Benedictine convent of Malgarten (1194–1803) in the Osnabrück region.
The creatively designed outdoor grounds, spanning approximately 4 hectares, feature lovingly restored half-timbered houses, mature trees, and secluded paths and courtyards that invite you to stroll and linger.
In addition to raising chickens and bees, we also grow fruits and vegetables.

To further boost your immune system, you can use the outdoor sauna and swim in the adjacent pond.

The seminar and conference chef provides us with delicious vegetarian/vegan, organic, and regionally sourced health foods.

I look forward to your registration!

In the historic setting of the former convent building, the rooms have been renovated with greater attention to ecological standards, featuring hardwood floors, clay walls, modern plumbing fixtures, a shower, and a toilet. There are no TVs in the rooms, but Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

Prices for three nights:

Single room in the guesthouse: 150€
Triple room in the guesthouse (3P): upon request
Single room in the convent: 240€
Double room in the convent (2 people): 390€

Payment can be made on-site during your stay via debit or credit card, or it can be transferred when booking the room.

Catering

The seminar and conference chef will take care of our meals.
The total cost for meals over 4 days is 156 euros, to be paid directly to her on site.

It was my first time taking part in something like this and I really enjoyed it. Christine is a great yoga teacher. We were a very mixed group and she did a great job. There was something for everyone. I also really liked the combination of yoga, meditation and relaxation in each session. The accommodation was a bit noisy as the floorboards creaked with every step, but that's the way it is in old houses :-). The food was freshly prepared every day and was delicious. I am very picky and don't eat everything, but there was something I could eat at every meal. There was plenty of food, so nobody had to go hungry. The monastery is beautifully situated and is surrounded by nature. The location is simply wonderful. I had a lot of fun. I would attend this course again.

The yoga weekend was very special: - the monastery ambience - the beautifully landscaped gardens with sculptures by artists - the extraordinary and excellent food (beautifully presented) - lots of nice different people - lots of great conversations and not to forget - our lovely yoga teacher Christine, who adapted all the yoga exercises to the exercises to the group, gave us individual individual assistance and even even treated us to a little massage. pampered us with a little massage. Christine radiates pure calm manner she radiates pure serenity and relaxation. I can only recommend the retreat!

For me it was an all-round successful yoga retreat. The varied, sensitive course organization by the leader Christine, the beautiful monastery grounds, my accommodation in the convent, the great food, the harmony in the group... everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.
