At EssenZzimmer, you can combine different dishes to create a four-course meal. At the buffet, choose fresh salads and vegetables as well as raw fish and meat—and then select from the menu whatever else you’d like to round out a nourishing yet light dinner.

At the Dirndlstüberl, you create your own four-course menu from classics of Austrian cuisine and rotating “Grand Pièces” (some at an additional charge).
→ Johannesstübli:
At the multi-award-winning Johannesstübli, you can choose from four-course menus (which change weekly) with a vegan and vegetarian focus.
→ Alter Goldener Berg:
In these traditional dining rooms, you can enjoy Austrian classics as well as a cheese or meat fondue (for an additional charge).
Open Kitchen:
Once a week, we open the doors to our kitchen. Stroll through the rooms amid the fragrant steam and the sounds of food sizzling in the pots, and watch our chefs at work.

The many ways to experience winter outdoors begin right on your doorstep. The team will guide you through the days and the snow if you’d like, or you can enjoy them in silence and at your own pace. Christmas Eve offers beautiful music perfect for the season, along with the rituals that are part of Christmas—this year a little different than usual, with a bit more distance, but with the same charm. Arriving in Winter

Since Oberlech is car-free in winter, please drive directly to the Oberlech mountain railway. Unload your luggage there, and we’ll take your suitcases up to your room for you.

You can then park your car in the Anger underground parking garage, located directly across from the cable car station; we’ll be happy to validate your parking ticket at the hotel.

Take the mountain railway to the Goldener Berg, which is just a short walk away.
