This time away is all about you and your dog. That’s why there’s no set schedule for this retreat. The days we spend together will be guided by your individual focus, your needs, and whatever emerges as we work together.
To begin, we’ll take a look at your current situation together: What’s on your mind? What do you hope for yourself or for your relationship with your dog? Where do you experience difficulties, insecurities, or recurring patterns?
Throughout the retreat, intensive personal guidance and coaching are combined with time for rest, nature, and shared experiences with your dog. Depending on the focus, this may include, among other things, constellation work, inner child work, hypnotherapy, releasing limiting beliefs, animal communication, or trauma-sensitive bodywork.
Between the guided sessions, there’s plenty of time for walks, relaxation, retreat, and simply being. This allows the experience to sink in peacefully.
Possible itinerary for your retreat:
personal 1-on-1 guidance and coaching
Reflection on your current life situation and your personal focus
New perspectives on the relationship between you and your dog
Perception and mindfulness exercises
Systemic constellation work
Inner work and emotional clarification
Joint walks and time in nature
Time for rest, retreat, and integration
Option for follow-up support
Every retreat is unique. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on beforehand. Sometimes the real issue only becomes clear once you step away from your daily routine and have space again to consciously perceive yourself and your dog.
