A Spanish Weekend Connecting with Your Own Inner Team

This coaching program includes the following professional services: (A total of 6 hours of one-on-one coaching)

Together, we’ll explore questions such as:

What aspects of my personality repeatedly influence my behavior?
Which different voices and personality aspects represent which needs?
Which needs, desires, and fears are embodied by which characters?
How can I achieve clearer, more authentic, and more situation-appropriate communication for myself?

What can you expect?
We’ll listen inward and discover not just a single “voice” speaking up on a specific topic or situation. Rather, we’ll encounter various inner aspects that rarely agree with one another.
These aspects influence our actions and our communication.

We will recognize this inner “plurality,” give names to these parts, assign them to their own cycles, and try to draw out an inner and shared wisdom from these “united forces.”
If we can create unity within ourselves, we can learn to respond clearly, authentically, and appropriately to external situations.
