Advent Retreat - “Circle of Light - Silence & The Twelve Days of Christmas” at the beautiful retreat center at the parish hall in Reichenbach/Lautertal. A weekend of reflection, opening the heart, and connection.

Together, we’ll create a space for reflection and opening our hearts—a place to settle in, encounter, connect, remember, and simply BE—as a loving preparation for the Twelve Days of Christmas and the transition into a new season, held, supported, and guided by our inner wisdom, so that we may lovingly honor the old and listen to what is newly awakening within us, emerging, and seeking to be carried out into the world.

We’ll be supported in this by morning kriyas from Kundalini Yoga to greet the morning and awaken our innate life energy, heart-centered and nervous system-regulating breathing techniques, energizing and harmonizing yoga practices, passive and active meditations, sound baths and meditations that regulate the nervous system, as well as shared ceremonies and rituals to set the mood for the Rauhnächte.
