Meals are not included, so you’ll need to bring your own.
On Saturday, there are several takeout places in the area.
On Sunday, we recommend bringing your own food or getting it near the train station.

Module 2 Class Schedule
Content: Advanced, Teaching Skills, Yin & Restorative Poses:
Friday, 1:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The Aerial Yoga Weekend is included in the Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. You’ll participate with the group, but you’re not required to take part in the Teacher Training. You’re welcome to attend the Anatomy Module. If you’re interested, you can also register for the 50-hour Aerial TT with a certificate and purchase the course materials separately.

The studio is centrally located in Lucerne, about an 8-minute walk from the Lucerne train station, making it easily accessible on foot.

There are also several bus routes; the bus stop is located right in front of the building.

Parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the lake.
