Summary

What do your boundaries look like? Are they hard and cold, or can they also be soft and alive? And do you recognize those moments? You want to stand up for yourself, be clear, and say “no”—all while maintaining a connection with the person you’re talking to. Boundaries don’t have to be scary or offend anyone.

This retreat is an invitation to explore exactly that—to step into a space where you can feel yourself, express yourself, and stay connected to yourself and others—with both body and mind. Setting boundaries doesn’t have to create distance; it can bring us together.
