For our alkaline fasting week, I’ve found a little paradise in the southwest of the island of Ischia, nestled in the heart of a beautiful garden. With romantic touches on various levels, small viewing spots invite you to linger. You can feel the love in this dreamlike garden. Here, you can marvel at your surroundings, savor the moment, and find peace.

Our retreat center features lovingly furnished apartments with kitchenettes, balconies, or terraces; a covered thermal bath with fresh spring water; a large outdoor pool with plenty of space in the sun or shade; and a steam sauna. In the breathtaking ambiance of the lounge café, we’ll have breakfast, admire the stunning sunsets, and wind down the evening.

During our alkaline fasting week, we’ll enjoy delicious alkaline Mediterranean dishes prepared especially for us. Alkaline fasting supports your body’s detoxification process and stimulates your natural self-healing abilities.

The price does not include accommodation, meals, travel to the destination, transportation costs, admission fees for thermal baths, etc.

We’re happy to assist with booking your flight and arranging transportation to the island of Ischia. There is a shuttle service (for an additional fee) that will take you from Naples to the hotel. It always works out great!
