Guided by the Amara Kaya philosophy, each day gently leads you back to your natural state of timeless harmony – through yoga, breathwork, acupuncture, Thai bodywork, and an Ayurvedic diet. In line with Holi's message of letting go of what no longer serves you, the retreat opens up space for a lighter and more joyful sense of well-being.

Located in a quiet village in northern Goa, far away from the hustle and bustle of tourist destinations, the first things you notice are the lush vegetation and the delicate scent of blooming flowers that accompany you every step of the way.

Each of the six spacious suites offers a peaceful retreat, with a spacious bathroom and an individually and carefully designed interior. Common areas include a large swimming pool, a soothing steam room, and a main room that inspires calm and creativity with an artful mix of textures and décor.

Birdsong offers spacious areas for communal gatherings and collective healing, as well as quiet corners that invite self-reflection, regeneration, and deep relaxation. The rooms for double occupancy have two double beds and offer each participant ample personal space.
