Holistic yoga gently helps you reconnect with yourself. Through daily yoga practice (deep, powerful, inspiring, gentle, and flowing) as well as meditation, guided imagery, and inspiring group discussions/workshops, you’ll come into loving contact with yourself. After the weekend, you’ll return home feeling realigned, energized, strengthened, and relaxed. The retreat center is a peaceful place where the fresh, invigorating forest air invites you to take walks, as well as to rest deeply, meditate, and practice wonderful yoga sessions both indoors and outdoors.
