Weekly Retreats – Always Starting on Saturday Discover the profound healing power of water. In this special retreat, you will experience the intense effects of aquatic bodywork, held, supported, and carried in warm water. During the daily Aqua Healing sessions in 35°C water, a space of deep relaxation and emotional release is created. Through gentle movements, mindful touch, and conscious breathing, tension can be released. Your breath flows more freely, your mind becomes calm, and your consciousness opens to new energy and inspiration. Aqua Healing invites you to a unique experience of inner stillness and surrender. In the warm, body-temperature water, you are gently supported and can float effortlessly while being mindfully guided, stretched, and supported by a therapist. Through flowing, three-dimensional movements in a state of complete weightlessness, your body can release tension while your consciousness opens to a sense of deep freedom and inner expansiveness.
Aqua Healing can take place both at the water’s surface and underwater with a nose clip, always tailored to your well-being and needs. This week is an invitation to connect with your innermost self. In the water, you are free to let go, develop trust, and allow yourself to be carried by an experience that can touch you deeply. When we move in the water, the body remembers its original nature to flow, let go, and find balance again. During the retreat, you will not only receive and experience but also learn how to mindfully share this special form of aquatic bodywork with others.

Between sessions, there is time to enjoy the nature of northern Bali. The ocean right in front of the retreat invites you to swim and stand-up paddle, the colorful coral reef to snorkel, and the surroundings offer you moments of stillness and vastness.
