The day begins in silence. Meditation promotes mindfulness, inner peace, and mental clarity.
🧘6:15 a.m. – Hatha Yoga or Qigong
Gentle yet invigorating exercises mobilize the body, improve flexibility and balance, and prepare you perfectly for the day ahead.
🌬️ 6:45 a.m. – Pranayama
Targeted breathing techniques activate life energy, calm the nervous system, and promote concentration and inner balance.
😌 7:00 a.m. – Deep Relaxation
A guided relaxation session supports regeneration and allows the effects of the yoga and breathing practice to continue to take effect.
🥣 7:30 a.m. – Ayurvedic Breakfast
A freshly prepared breakfast based on Ayurvedic principles ensures an energizing start to the day.
🌿 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Individual Ayurvedic Panchakarma Treatments
Each guest receives up to six individually tailored Ayurvedic treatments daily, lasting a total of about two hours. The therapies are prescribed individually by experienced Ayurvedic doctors and include, among other things, massages, herbal therapies, and other traditional treatments.

You’ll arrive via Colombo International Airport (CMB). We’d be happy to help you book your flight.
🚐 Airport Transfer
A comfortable airport transfer to the resort can be arranged for €79 each way (travel time approx. 3 hours).
Your Ayurveda retreat begins as soon as you arrive at the airport in Colombo. To ensure you can travel as relaxed as possible right from the start, we offer a comfortable shuttle service.
A driver from Ayurveda Paradise Maho or a contracted professional company will pick you up directly at the airport and take you safely to the Ayurveda clinic. You don’t have to worry about a thing.
After your treatment, you’ll be taken back to the airport in time for your return flight—relaxed, reliable, and stress-free.
🌿 Entry as a Spa Guest
You’re traveling to Sri Lanka not just as a tourist, but as a spa guest.
Ayurveda Paradise Maho is not an ordinary hotel, but an officially registered Ayurveda clinic open exclusively to its spa guests. As a result, you can expect a peaceful, secluded atmosphere focused entirely on Ayurveda, regeneration, and health.

You can easily apply for your visa online.
However, since August 2024, you can also easily obtain your visa directly upon arrival at the airport in Sri Lanka. For travelers from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, the tourist visa is currently free of charge.
We recommend that you check the currently valid entry requirements again before your departure, as these are subject to change.
Cancellation policy
Full refund up to 30 days before arrival.After this, the booking is non-refundable.
🔄 Cancellation or Rescheduling at Ayurveda Paradise
In most cases, it’s not necessary to cancel your Ayurveda retreat.
If your trip is postponed for health or personal reasons, you can usually rebook your stay at Ayurveda Paradise Maho for a later date at no cost.
This way, you won’t incur any financial loss and can begin your retreat at a later date.
For added peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially to cover flight costs or in the event of a last-minute inability to travel.
🔄 Cancellation of the Retreat Program (YOGA meets YOU)
Registration for the retreat program is binding.
Deposit: €500 upon booking
Balance due: no later than 1 month before the retreat begins
The following conditions apply in the event of cancellation:
Up to 30 days before the retreat begins: The €500 deposit will be retained as a processing and reservation fee.
30 days or less before the retreat begins, or in case of no-show: The full price of the retreat program is due, unless a replacement participant is found.
If a participant from the waiting list or a replacement participant takes the spot, only the deposit will be retained as a processing fee.
