The Heart Feeling Retreat is an invitation to step away from your daily routine for a week and reconnect with yourself.
Each day begins with a shared morning routine of gentle movement, stretching, and meditation. Afterward, we enjoy breakfast together and start the day in a relaxed way.
You can look forward to inspiring workshops, reflection exercises, meditations, and intensive 9D Breathwork sessions. Together, we’ll explore topics such as intuitive eating, self-care, body confidence, beliefs, needs, and the life that truly feels right for you.
In addition to the group activities, there’s plenty of time set aside for rest, integration, and relaxation. Whether by the pool, on a walk, at the beach, or simply with a good book—you decide what you need at any given moment.
A special part of the week is a Day of Silence, during which you have the opportunity to truly be present with yourself, find peace, and give space to your thoughts and feelings.
