Summary
Far away from everyday life and the daily influences, I would like to offer you a few days away from your usual environment with a focus on your health. The focus is on your health goal and I want to help you achieve it. The days are characterized by lots of exercise, healthy eating, group discussions and, of course, relaxation. The retreats are very individually designed and take place in a small group of four to a maximum of six participants in extraordinary locations.

The house is located away from a large town about 1.5 km from the beach, the path runs through the forest.

Freshly prepared, regional meals (vegetarian, vegan) are offered. Fruit, snacks and drinks are available throughout the day.

If you cancel up to 60 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.After this, the booking is non-refundable.

If the participant is unable to attend due to illness, he/she must inform Frieda Meyer of the illness at least 7 days before the retreat. If the participant informs Frieda Meyer before the 7-day deadline, only the fees for the overnight stay at the retreat location will be retained.
