Snapshot: Reflect on your current life situation and gain clarity on possible next steps
Mindful communication: Learn to recognize and name your feelings and needs, and practice listening mindfully
Mindful Self-Compassion: Discover how to treat yourself with kindness and support
Mindful Interactions: Learn to set clear boundaries and say “no” with empathy, and build healthy relationships
